In the event a package is returned to us due to insufficient address or undeliverable as addressed, buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item. If the buyer chooses not to have the items resent and opts for a refund, shipping fees are not refundable.

    Pilestone wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and therefore offers you FREE returns in the USA during our 60-DAY return period. Returns outside of the USA must pay for return shipping. Please click here for more information.
